theres a bush ive seen in someones driveway that is green at the bottom but bright yellow everywhere else,even during summer/winter it stays yellow and leafy.i have no idea what it is but do you have any ideas?i will try and get a photo on monday.its a small bush that grows to waist height with small leaves.
