Take 1 tin of your fav fruit, i use fruit salad

put half in each of 2 dessert bowls (oven safe)

make a crumble mix of

1 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
butter to mix (usually about 2 tablespoons)
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup choc chips
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

mix until like coarse breadcrumbs

tip half over each bowl of fruit

put in oven for 20-25min at 200c

take out of oven, put bowl on flat plate

Made your fruit crumble last night suga, but I changed it a wee bit cause I had to make the family size

Empty 1 tin of fruit salad and 1 tin of pears (chopped) into baking/casserole dish (probably could've done another tin of fruit salad, but I'm big on fruit)

Make the crumble mix:

1 cup standard flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup raw suga
butter to mix (about 4 tablespoons)
1 cup coconut (probably could've gotten away with the 1/2 cup
1 cup choc chips
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

mix until like coarse breadcrumbs

place on top of fruit

put in oven for 40min at 200c

take out of oven

eat hot!

Went down real well with hot vanilla custard and some more pears

Very filling!

Do you recon if you added a bit more butter it could be used on top of louise cake instead of the whipped up eggs?? That would make it more a combined mixture wouldnt it..
