Nice and easy - just made some for lunch.

smashed potatoe - can of salmon mashed up - onion diced to an inch of it's life - chucked in seeded mustard - fork beaten egg - they all came together and made a mush which I had to get all gooey with my hands and make shapes out of the mush - rolled in breadcrumbs and then I put in the fridge for a while.  I only did that because Mr was not home so no point cooking.....then the pan comes out to cook away.

Popped them with a salsa - not and spicy.

Anyway for lunch - easy as plus you can put whatever spices in that you like.
