makes about 20. Prep time 10 mins Chilling time 50 mins

395g can of sweetened condensed milk
200g packet of plain biscuits - finely crushed
2 and 1/2 cups of desiccated coconut
100g packet red glace cherries - chopped
1/2 cup of slivered almonds - toasted
125 g Kremelta - melted then cooled

ICING:
2 cups of icing sugar -sifted
1 TBSP of butter -softened
2 TBSP of water
few drops of pink food colouring

1.Lightly grease an 18 x 28CM slice pan.Line base and two long sides with baking paper, extending paper 2CM above pan edge.

2.In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, biscuits, coconut, cherries and almonds.

3. Add kremelta to mixture, blending well. Press into prepared pan and chill for 20 mins until firm.

4.ICING- Combine icing sugar and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Add water and food colouring, stir until smooth. Spread over slice. Chill for 30 mins until firm. Cut into squares.
