makes 24 squares prep time: 5 mins Cooking time: 5 mins Chilling Time: 3 hours or overnight

395g can of sweetened condessed milk
200g dark chocolate - chopped
100g chocolate cake crumbs
3/4 cup of slivered almonds- toasted
1 tsp vanilla extract
40g of white chocolate- chopped and melted

1. Lightly grease an 18x28CM slice pan. Line base and two long sides with baking paper , extending paper 2CM above pan edge.

2. In a medium pan, combine condensed milk and chocolate. Stir over a low heat for 3-4 mins, until melted and smmoth.

3. Stir through cake crumbs, almonds and vanilla. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Chill for 3 hours or overnight, until mixture is firm.

4. Drizzle top with white chocolate. Chill for 10 mins, until set. Serve fudge cut into small squares.

*Tip*Plain chocolate biscuit crumbs can be used instead of cake crumbs. Use a hot knife to cut fudge.
