1/3 Cup of honey
1/4 cup of apple juice
3/4 cup of cornflake crumbs
3/4 cup of coconut
3/4 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of pepitas (otherwise known as pumpkin seeds)
1 cup of chopped dried fruit
1 cup of sultanas
1 cup of powdered milk

1. Warm the honey with the apple juice in a small pan. Combine the cornflake crumbs,coconut and rolled oats in a bowl. Add the pepitas, dried fruit, sultanas and powdered milk.

2. Add honey and juice mix. Mix until combined, using your hands if needed. Press mixture into a greased and lined 16x26CM lamington pan. Press a few extra pepitas onto the surface. Chill overnight. Cut into fingers.

Makes 24 pieces.
