Serves 4- Prep time 10 mins -cook time-4 mins

for a change you can use any kind of cooked sausage instead of the frankfurters in this recipe.

4 Frankfurters
2 Tsp of water
1/4 cup of American mustard
1 TBsp of honey
2 TBsp of tomato sauce
200g pkt (8 slices) flat bread or wraps ?
80g of baby spinach leaves
1/2 small red onion-thinly sliced
1 cup of grated tasty cheese
salad to serve

1. Put frankfurters and water in a large microwave-safe container. Cover with lid and microwave on high(100%) for 1 and 1/2 minutes. Remove carefully. Cut a slit lengthways,about three-quarters of the way through each frankfurter.

2. Combine mustard, honey and tomato sauce in a small jug. Layer two sheets of flat bread together. Top with quarter of the spinach leaves and onion. Place one frankfurter, cut-side up, along 1 end of the bread. Drizzle a quarter of the sauce over the frankfurter, then sprinkle with a quarter of the cheese. Roll up bread tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make another 3 wraps.

3. cook wraps in heated sandwich press for 2 mins or until toasted and cheese is melted.

4. Serve wraps with a green side salad.
