O'k i have some photos in my pictures that i need to download to another programme (resene ezy paint) but can't work out how to resize them.

or you could open your picture in 'Paint' ,
select 'image', 'stretch/skew' and change the % on both horizontal & vertical
then 'save as'....so you keep the original.

i just open them in microsoft picture viewer. by far the quickest and easiest. has everything there to resize it by % or to crop
