JJ i like to buy very thin sliced ham but not shaved ikts just a but fine, i get some cream cheese i can have and add barkers roast veg chutney to the sour creem mix till blended, spread on ham and roll them up close with a tooth pick and refridgerate as cream cheese then goes more solid again.

They are rather yummy.

Yep the place down here makes it and sells it all ready rolled, fresh or frozen, then i buy blackball sausages and add  cold mashed spuds, tomato sauce pepper and salt and some black sauce and chopped onion and pipe into the pastry and roll up.

Not as  flakey as proper flaky but very good, is nice to make like a pie but with no pastry bottom and use it just for a top as well. they pies they make themselves with the pastry are nicer than i can get it to go tho i have to admit. wonder if that is just a using it when its just made kind of thing.

Have you an idea of some fingery type stuff you want jj??

sounds yummy

tis ive found ways to make alot of stuff. Just wish i could stick to it all. I come right eat ok and then find i get sick of the gluten free food and sneak back the odd bit of something that ends up being full blown not gluten free. i seem to tolerate a bit here and there which is bad if i got sick right off every time would probly be better for me..

I can do heaps of stuff gluten free... wish i could do g f peanut brownies.
