my grandmother used to make them (using the old tupperware too  )

mince
bread - ripped into small pieces
salt/pepper
worcestershire sauce
tomato sauce
onion
egg for binding
a touch of mixed herbs

no accurate quantities, just a nip here, a tip there

beef mince
grated carrot
grated courgette
onion and garlic
chopped up parsley
a dash of worchester , tomato and sweet chilli sauce
salt and heaps of fresly ground black pepper
breadcrumbs and an egg to bind it together
it can also be used for meatballs
or sometimes I use pork mince and add some pineapple

500g mince
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
coupla chopped spring onions/coupla tbps chopped onion
2 tsp instant beef stock - or garlic, or chicken
1 tsp worcestershire source - or soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt - or garlic flavouring - or fresh garlic
grated cheese maybe 1/3 cup
about 1/4 cup of milk

combine all ingred except the milk, mix thru, then add milk and then mix again.

form into patties.

yummmy!!!

last lot I made I put grated zuchinni in it as well.

yiou could put grated carrot if ya wanted, if your kids are vege 'allergic'...
