Fit the new exhausts, foot brake and shorter stand how easy would it be to do it at home??

The exhausts are only the muffler part not the full ehaust pipe it has a cata lic converter would i need some fire resistant material to make it a snugg fit to the converter or should it fit in snuggly itself?
