flicker like its going on and off all the time?

I got a powerpoint email from someone i know and when i started to downloar noticed all the language in japanese so cancelled the download.

But in trying to cloose the email the cursor was flickering like off and on and even on the x corner when i tried to close.
Any ideas??

Help!!

Mind you the cursor was all flicking the other day as well. But i hadnt opened the email then.

okies i only had windows open was before i signed in here. But in having said that im having trouble with internet dropping out all the time again.

I get months where it goes fine and then every so often a couple weeks where it dropps out often every 5 minits..

I am going to switch to telstra clear when i get to rangiora

dont bother - they suck ass.

Have had a few issues since we joined and the helpdesk has limited hours.

How old is your computer? If you have had it for quite a while and just been constantly downloading, deleting...whatever, it might be time to format!

I've had that flickering thing for a while too. Thought it was Windows causing it. I go into add/remove programmes and do a repair on the MSN Windows programme and the flickering stops every time.
