no.


but when i lived up whagaparaoa i did hear of a guy who fished from a kayak...that was untill he was confronted by 4mtr bronzy 

then there was the guy who took his son out one full moon night in his dingy on the wieti river and an orca popped up next to him....he gave up fishing after that.

i did get bumped by a shark last time i was at porridge....does that count?

adually....i wouldn't mind of pic of me surfing either.

but convincing one of the guys to stay and take pics while there is surf happening is pretty hard.

i did manage to convince her one day to take shots.....but she was hopeless at it and got all the kook shots and no cool shots.
