Hi All,

just to let you know I will be cutting off attachments in posts soon.  They're using a lot of space and every time I do a backup, it takes a while as all the attachments have to be backed up as well.  I have set it to cut off at 50MB, so it's time for all to start using http://photobucket.com or similar for storing their pics to add to posts.  Rather than writing a guide, which isn't really necessary as it's very easy to set up and use, I'll let anybody that has questions, ask in this thread ...

Please check through other questions before posting ...

OMG Zara is snoring the cutest little snore, just got it on video. Fecking technology wish i could post the cllip. I tried to load the sony software awhile ago on my lappy and it wasnt compatable with windows vista. i had to restore lappy right back to factory settings to get rid of it too.
Gees did that took about  500 posts on tm to figure out, both in computers and gen.

just a little confussed here, and wondering if someone can help me, have saved some things to photobucket which in turn have violated there terms of service and then that shows in my postings on the boards, all though some of these i have downloaded directly from there own pages. yet i have seen more (maybe) controversial postings that have been left untouched by other posters. So to wrap up a long speil, what the f**k am i doing wrong. Thankyou in advance for your help.

all depends if somebody reports it ... I have heaps that it happens too, usually when I post em here too, so we may have an undercover photobucket nana here ...

OK, since this is already here I'm not gonna start up another thread... now I don't have photobucket so I was cheating and uploading through TM and it was working juuuuuuust fine... But I've just noticed today 1/2 my photo's have now disappeared!!! yet the [img] bit is still intact and hasn't altered, why are the photo's disappearing?  I deleted them straight out of my TM part anyway and they stayed up fine and it hasn't even been a month so I'm doubting it's the TM end of it???

If they're not on TM, then that's why.  The image tag only links to an external image at it's location, ie the TM server, so if it's not on there anymore, then it won't appear here as there is nothing to show.

hmmmmm 1/2 of them ARE still there tho, and they've been deleted out of my TM a/c for nearly 3 weeks!  poopy, I thought since they were still showing after I'd deleted them then once they were showing on the page here they would stay here... pffffft, stupid computers!
