can be replaced, but if it's not a huge gouge then just accept it

scratched by what?

I was putting it away and had just unplugged it the plug slipped out of my hand and the prong part scratced it Its about an inch long almost in the middle of screen and distorts what ever is underneath.

I wondered if the stuff you can fix scratches on cds would help??
