using a not stick frying pan on a medium heat
but a couple of slices of cheese into it and slowly fry
as the fat runs, tip it off or soak up with a paper
towel.
when the cheese melts and spreads the edges
will start to crisp.
that's when it's ready to lift from the pan and place on
the burger or steak or whatever you wish.
or just eat as is
