but then names mean so little to Christchurch folk....Why they ever let Lancaster Park be renamed  is beyond me.

  then it should certainly be named something else. why it couldn't stay at the ellerslie racecourse is beyond me

someone should tell us then, it still refered to as lancaster park, although lately some have been saying jade stadium, but it hasn't been that for at least two years  :hehehe :
