Tablespoon of minced ginger - flick into the pan

Two types of chilli (dried, power kind) - chuck that in  (about two tablespoons of each).

Tablespoon of cumin and a teaspoon of salt.

Two cups of grapeseed oil.

Whisk around - simmer for a short while then let is sit there until it cools.  Then pop into a jar.   

You can use it to cook with to spice up meals.
