Make up the risotto from scratch - also cook up some chicken breasts.

Pile up some risotto on the plate, put the chicken breast on top (best to slice up) and then drizzle some of the morrocan chermoulla over it all. 

You can also use this for your eggs benedict.   I must admit I have not tried it with salmon, might do that tomorrow night. 

Anyway I have done the risotto meal for guests and they go all ga ga over the sauce (and the rest of the meal) - I tell them I made the sauce from scratch haha.
