Way quick and way yum - just made it.

So you need some fish - 1/4 cup curry paste.  I used Pataks Tikka Masala coriander and lemon and around 100mls or more of natural yoghurt.

While I was cooking the fish - I heated up the curry paste and yoghurt in a pan (mixed them together)....for the last couple of minutes with the fish cooking, just pop the curry mixture over the fish and finish cooking up. 

Really yummy and it took minutes to cook up.  I have some left for lunch tomorrow.      With the rest of the curry paste I might use as a marinade for chicken overnight.
