is a bag of potatoes and a thing of salt and a can of reduced cream and chicken flavouring satchet and coffe and milk lol
so im having mashed potatoes and chips 4 tea and chicken flavourd dip now  and coffee

i gota say,the dip is really really yummy!

You know what is a nice easy dinner - just need potatoes, baked beans and a smidge or two of grated cheese. 

Cook tattie or two if small ones - slice up, sort of thick slices and arrange on a plate.  Pop your baked beans over and then top with cheese - pop in microwave for a couple of minutes.  Yum dinner or lunch if you don't have much left in the pantry.

ida mixed the sachet and reduced cream together....sliced up the potatoes into an oven proof dish and poured it over the top and baked.

Woulda made a bloody lovely sammie tooo.

Do u have any flour?

I know this be least of ya worrys right now.....but watch your puku over the next day or two....carbohydrate overload might kick in and drop you a little bit...sluggish,tiredness,the lows.

Get some fresh vege into you.
