not the average dried-up lumps of crud found in the service station, the home made variety.

Dorothy has the pie making gene, and can whip up a scrummy batch of moist, juicy treats at the drop of a hat.

Today's are roast pork with diced apple......anybody got any other good ideas for fillings?

Must try some Brie sauce. Dorothy bought a Christmas ham with the shopping yesterday, before I got chance to tell her that we've been promised one by our pork supplier.

mmmmm ham.

my piemaker came with a booklet of ideas, and I've tried a few yummy concoctions out.

sweet chili chicken
mince and bean
satay
sweet & sour

mmmm I wonder if you could do a layer of mashed potato under the top crust of a meat pie?

Don't forget I am OCDish and would never cook in anything but the cleanest conditions. I'm so OCD that if I let someone use a cup when they come to my house, even after it's washed and dtried, I can't use it for a while because I *know* someone else used it eek
