3 x 200g arnotts rice cookies
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup sultanas
395g can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon each - cocoa powder, vanilla essence
225g melted butter

Icing....
2 cups icing sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons each butter and boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

lightly grease and line a 20cm x 30cm sponge roll pan
Crush biscuits in food processor - not too finely
Combine with all other base ingredients.  If the mixture is too sticky, you may need to add more biscuit crumbs.
Press into pan and chill.
Meanwhile, sift icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl.  Melt butter in boiling water and stir into icing sugar with vanilla.  Beat well.  Spread the chilled slice and with icing and sprinkle with love and coconut.

TIP - slick is best kept for a day before slicing

Thats aawesome slice to make. What other GF recipes have you got please?
School Hols are coming and Miss muffett is in to baking.

What I do with her is  we list all the baking needs we require then have a budget to
buy them with. She enjoys searching for what is needed.     Then we have baking sessions
she sometimes has a friend over, They enjoy baking.
