1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
75g gorgonzola or any kind of blue cheese crumbled
75g gouda or edam grated
1/2 cup grated parmesan
black pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped chives

Place milk and cream in small pan - bring to a simmer over a low heat.

Add the cheeses (JJ will like this bit), stir constantly over a low heat until melted.  Season with black pepper and stir in chives.  You can serve over cooked pasta or gnocchi or use in a lasagna like I have done.   

It is very rich.   :stalker:
