nah, ya need minimal liquid, I put in about 3/4 cup and that was more than I normally do.

This morning all the excess liquid from the beef and veges had seeped out and was nearly covering the meat.  yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh

I love corned beef too, but nobody else here likes it, so I never have it as I don't want to be cooking it up just for myself

I am baking comfort food for tomorrow.

A banana cake is in the oven now, will ice with passion fruit icing.  Some brownies are next then some blondies and in the crock pot in about 1/2hr will be a chili for nachos.

Also making a cheese log (old fashioned but always yum) and a pile of fudge (kind with icing sugar if I can find the recipe).

Is that enough food for 12 gals?  Plus chips and dip haha ohhh and mucho wine.

You have not sent a pm.

Also, you know where I live.  7.30pm tomorrow but you may have to model woman's clothing.

Kinda undermines the urban myth that all of our best meat goes overseas........
