secret curry recipe

found this page a while ago, tried and tested it. It is very good.

http://www.natco-online.com/acatalog/Holy_Grail.html

the prep is a bit long, but done as instructed you can't fail.
Basically it's a generic curry paste that you can customise for several different curry styles.
With this you can have curry for tea and everyone can have a different one, but there isn't
loads of cooking to do.

have read and you should really give it a go

yeah it takes time to prepare. I've just spent nearly two hours getting a new batch of the basic sauce together, but it keeps in the fridge for a couple of weeks so it's worth the time.

Yum

I might do one tomorrow.      Curry for Sunday night.

I have had a chili in the slow cooker all day.  It is for my lunches.  I pop it into containers and freeze, then I just grab them each day for work.  Yum  just tasted it and it has fab blowing head off factors.  I am about to make the herb crust for the lamb.  Lots of coriander, thyme, parsley and rosemary in it.  Will be nice and green haha.

It's a cruel, cruel world. There should be a charity to heal the cheese intolerant.

When you do a curry meal do you have a sweet for desert or a plain kind of desert?

I was wondering as I always do a hot curry  but a more sweeter desert to balance.
