‎1. Fry mince with red and white onions, then add tomato/garlic/basil tomato sauce and vegetables. Simmer. 2. Boil penne pasta and add to sauce when it's close to done. 3. Boil up 2 golden kumara, 2 red kumara, 2 cleaned potatoes. Mash them all, leaving skins in. 4. In a glass dish, put the sauce, meat and veges from the pan. Layer raw spinach leaves or silver-beet. Spread the mashed kumara and potato on the top. 5. Bake for a while until the spinach or silver-beet has cooked. Take it out and lay thin slices of cheese on the top, then sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and real herbs. 6. Put it back in until the cheese is crispy and brown.
