I have not been baking in a wee while (last week haha).  So for the team at work tomorrow I am going to test out this apple cake recipe on them.  It looks yum.

Heading to the kitchen now.

Take the walnuts out for me and OMG yum!

What apples will you be using?

Pink Lady and NZ Rose are too floury, Mahana, Royal Gala or Braeburn.

I don't have any walnuts so they are gone.

A slight cheat as I made mini apple tarts today with tinned apple (I knowwwwwww but crazy day), so I had quite a bit left.

It is now in the oven but it will take 1.5 hrs to bake  eek

It does look yummy.

I'm growing Braeburn apples, along with various other cooking varieties - so will have great fun trying this recipe with different apples

Mmmmmm roll on Harvest time
