29 men died at the Pike River Mine.

Charges have been laid against 3 'parties'.

Could be people, could be the company, we're not allowed to know. We're not even allowed to know what the charges are, because it may assist in identifying the 'parties'.

Name suppression will not bring 29 men back from the dead. The identities of the victims are known  to their whole community. What possible justification can be used for hiding this court case behind a cloak of secrecy?

This is pitiful. A thousand people freezing their butts off waiting to worship a rat. What a hype.
