I have been having the same problems, assumed it's my ISP (with sky connect which do extreme traffic shaping (no LLU exchange where I am ): - end up with 48kbps on peak times!)
Anyway It looks like Microsoft are forcing password changes. Unfortunately most live enabled applications including games for windows don't tell you this. Just login to live via the web and change your password.
Worked for me.

http://answers.pubarticles.com/15708,how-to-fix-error-code-80154002-in-age-of-empires-online-.html

it's a problem with Windows Live, not with the game. You may have to create a new Windows Live identity or reset your password.

It's another reason I'm a console gamer and not a PC gamer. Pretty much if it has your console logo on the packet, you can take it home and play it. With a PC game you have to check if you have the right graphics card, other assorted hardware, and then there's issues like this

Thanks for your help.  Sorted that part now have another hassle but will try and sort that tomorrow     May possibly be due to the fact that our BB is via a T-stick as we can't get normal BB - too far from exchange   so will see what I can sort out.

Anyway again, thanks for your help folks

Oh and son has realised that PC games are a load of hassle and crap and he'll just have to save harder for his XBox 360 games instead

Dude, at last count you were 40kg heavier and slightly shorter than me, if you're to be believed about losing 16kg, you're still 35kg fatter and shave your beard off fatty so we can see how many chins you're hiding under that mess

Actually, after fat-ass's comments, I did some googling and apparently you CAN exercise too much; not allowing your body proper rest in between exercise bouts can actually damage tissue, exhaust the body (making it easier to rest TOO much in down times, and be drawn to foods that will give instant hits of energy, like high carb stuff) and a bunch of other things. I think I was doing so much (on hour a day, 7 days a week) out of fear that if I didn't. I would lose results. From what I read, if you are eating and exercising right, the results will build up cumulatively and that irrational fear can piss off.

I think that fat bastard actually taught me something eek

and you shouldn't repeat the same workout in a 48 hour period either, so you need to have at least 2 different routines and have 2 to 3 days off a week - I have 3 routines, legs day, upper body day and cardio(70 minutes worth!) day, and spread over 4 days so I repeat a different one each week, this week I'm doing legs on monday, cardio on tuesday, upper body on thursday and legs again friday - I'm quite addicted now, those dolphin things I think eek

But be careful out there...

Let’s Talk About Sex and Calories!
by Noel Chelliah on Friday, May 12, 2006

KISSING: Kissing can burn around 120-325 calories an hour, or around 2-5 calories a minute. Engaging in long make-out sessions with your partner is not only good for your relationship; it is also good for your waistline. A 10 minute make-out session with your partner each morning and each evening could burn up to 100 calories a day. That’s 36,500 calories a year, or just over 10 pounds worth of weight loss. When was the last time you made out with your partner.

UNDRESSING: According to an Italian professor, even undressing can burn off calories. Unclasping a bra with two hands burns 8 calories, while unclasping it with only one hand burns up 18 calories. Unclasping it with your mouth can burn 87 calories.

ORAL SEX: 15 minutes of oral sex can burn off the calories consumed in a long sip of wine. There are calories present in semen, though, so if you swallow, there are around 7 calories in a teaspoon of semen. Since the average volume of ejaculation is 1-2 teaspoons, you can expect an average of 7-14 calories per ejaculation. That will easily be burned off during the course of your lovemaking, though.

MASTURBATION: You don’t have to have a partner to enjoy the calorie-burning effects of sex. Masturbation can burn up the calories, as well. You can lose between 100-150 calories for each act of masturbation, according to the Young People’s Reproductive and Sexual Health & Rights Organization. You can raise that amount to around 300 calories, though, through a 5 minute vigorous masturbation session, according to Japanese scientist Dr. Shukan Tokuho.

INTERCOURSE: The average lovemaking session burns between 50 and 100 calories. Having sex 3 times a week burns 7500 calories per year. That’s the equivalent of jogging 75 miles. The more intense the sex, the more calories are burned: up to 15,000 calories annually (at a frequency of 3 times weekly). 15,000 calories wquals over 4 pounds of weight loss per year!

ORGASM: Experts estimate that an orgasm can burn between 60-100 calories.
