I'm a collector of dips, I'm wearing them around my waist.

Anyone have any good dip recipes?

I am an inaugural member of the Dipaholics Anonymous club, and I stick to the delicous and traditional onion dip with reduced cream but on occasion I like to branch out, and may use french onion soup mix or bacon & onion soup mix

Must say, I've tried many but you can't beat the old onion soup/reduced cream/vinegar dip

cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4-1/2 cup cream, packet of onion soup

push the cheese (or most of it if you like lumps) through a sieve, mix with other ingredients, add a little lemon juice
refrigerate
enjoy

not as thick as the standard dip but just as good.

if you can be bothered strain the yogurt overnight so it's thicker

I'm gonna try that brain, not keen on your one grumps, the colours are all wrong.

This is a goody too, moreish once you try it you'll go back to it I guarantee it.

2/3s tub of cream cheese
Pottle of plain sweetened yoghurt
tsp of curry powder
1/2 tsp of chicken stock (optional)

let the cream cheese soften and mix all together by hand thoroughly, set in fridge overnight. Serve with raw veg - carrot and celery sticks, cucumber slices, broccoli and cauli flowers

also yummy piped onto crossini with a dab of fish eggs (caviar) on top.
