What about  the brasicas - caulis, brocoflowers, broccoli, etc etc.  I'm just guessing here - check with your local garden centre perhaps?

    I have dock seed I can send you if you would like some, cylllyyy.  Oh and some thistle seed - ah there should be some gorse seed around too.  Just let me know as I'm more than happy to share with fellow TLPers

carrots,parsnips ,silver beet ,cabbage ,cauli ,brocolli...good to get a head start on winter veges before it gets too cold for them to take off

yates.co.nz has a really good website for gardening help, and you can sign up to a newsletter which pops out every month or so to let you know what you can plant


and no, they've never mentioned dead celebs as blood & bone
