you don't just pour in the ingredients and get ice cream in 20 mins or less!
the unit doesn't have a freezing unit to freeze the bowl, the bowl has to be put in the freezer overnight to freeze the
special liquid in it, then you follow the recipe in the book which tells you to refrigerate the ingredients for 2 hours or overnight
then! you can make ice cream in 20 mins
but it's bloody good ice cream
mixed berry fresh ice cream is the best
