just use a separate sensor to operate the light circuit to any outdoor light.

there are none, not even a porch light...   eek  it's in very original condition apart from the swapped-out internal doors

thank you to the mofo who replaced the 1920 cottage doors with mahogany veneer ones from 1968 that are 5cm shorter than the originals

so get some nice character lights and use a discreet sensor in the eave somewhere.
eyelid bulkheads aren't my first choice, and i don't like the stalk with the sensor sticking out
below it.

not keen on carriage, I prefer industrial type lighting:

keen on some of these:

that type of thing, but those are pretty pricey and I think I can find actual real industrial used lights for less  yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh

they look cool, get a clipsal infrascan standalone sensor..... ip67 rated and 10 amp contacts, which means you could control every light in the house if you wanted to and it wont drop its guts

ok, do I need a sensor on every side of the house? I don't want to overdo things but I do want the place well-lit so I can shoot prowlers easily

i wouldnt get too carried away, like we have said you can light up a large area with a single sensor but depends on access to the section etc as to where you would place sensors

like i say depends on section, at my place for example i have a standalone sensor that brings on spotlights on the house and some old school industrial bulkheads on the fence- but i have one gateway at the front not an open section, and round the back where looks arent too important i have a s**tty phillips all in one sensor fitting

hnmmm, it's just a cottage centred on the section with access down either side currently

good fencing at back of section and I have good neighbours either side and I'm replacing 60m of fence down one side.  eek

Its a narrow section so I think just one sensor at the front and one at the back (so the hoodles don't have to pee in the dark) but the front hooked up to 3 lights (one on each side and out front) and the back one seperate...  eek

easy peasy...... one good sensor at front with 3 lights and one standard mitre 10 special for the back

male hoodle is aggressive as f**k towards men and large or intact male dogs... good luck to anyone trying to nick 'im...

he also stands in his own pee when marking his territory  eek I think it may be to really distribute the pee fact that he owns where ever he goes...
