I think they should at least be grateful she's not being made to use the boys loo.
It's not just a matter of her rights...they need to remember that all the other kids and adults at school have to learn to get used to the idea of such a young transgender 'person' as well so, they (the mum & child) need to give the other girls some time to adjust to having her in their loo.

Why can't he/she use the boys toilet, he's anatomically a boy still - and which changing rooms when swimming?  You'll have all the boys claiming they're transgendered if this ones allowed in the girls changing room

I think he/she would have more problems accessing boys bathroom/ changing room facilities because of his/hers outside appearance.

Girls bathroom shouldn't ba a problem with individual booths, showers might be a problem if communal.
