...is (according to media) being kept alive by artificial means.

Hardly a natural dying and death then is it?

Natural would be letting whatever is ailing him take it's course...if he is in pain or distress or coughing or has/is developing any other symptoms...these can all be treated with drugs and even non-pharmacological methods.

The country and his family don't seem to be prepared to let him go.

What about what he wants?

This is a political event though, so the circus goes on...

Feel sad for him

I'm annoyed with the vulture like media circling him at the moment waiting for him to die so they can pick at his carcass, not because of who he is, just because they're being their usual :c**t: y selves

seems to be a bit of a stir, not to say it's not true, but any search i've done doesn't put him
in the Federation of Conservative Students in the early 80's when the Mandela poster was around.
It seems he was aligned with the movement but nothing says he was directly involved.
Of course his people could have carefully edited the online information of his early years....?

According to the media...though the family deny this...Nelson is in a Persistent Vegetative State now.

His family is certainly showing their true colours...trying to get in early on the spoils...

The remains of Nelson Mandelaís children have been dug up after his family won a court battle to have them moved.

Police said the three bodies were found in unmarked graves on the compound belonging to his grandson Mandla Mandela.

The were taken in separate hearses to a mortuary. Earlier, police used a pickaxe to break through Mandlaís gates.

He has been involved in a humiliating row with the rest of the family after the bodies were moved in 2011 from Nelsonís home village Qunu to his birthplace Mvezo, 15 miles away.

Nelsonís will says he wants to be buried in his home village next to his children.
