You need the butter chicken sachet from Asian Gourmet......tin of tomatoes (puree has too much sugar)....chicken cut up into chunks (no skin or fat ewwww).....water....diced onion.....natural yoghert and rice.

Those butter chicken duffers have no fat but lots of taste and you only need one to make a meal for four.

Do your thing with a wee bit of olive oil and some onions for 2 to 3 minutes....add in the tin of tomatoes and about 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup natural yoghert and the paste mix from the packet and simmer away.....chuck in the chicken (you can brown off first but it simmers for quite some time so is nice and moist).   I normally cook away for a good 20 minutes and if it looks like more sauce, add in more yoghurt towards the end of the cooking process.   Do the rice as well and when all done do the biffing together for a yum no guilt butter chicken.
