from gms, ozs to cups and spoons. Can anyone help please. The borrowed scales had to go back today.

How soon do you need them Scoobs will happily go through my trusty edmonds cook book in the morning after swimming and stuff for you .... would do it now but i tooo tired

breadcrumbs - 1cup=50g
butter - 2tbsp= 30g
cheese grated and firmly packed - 1 cup = 100g
cocoa - 4tbsp = 25g
coconut - 1 cup = 75g
cornflour - 4tbsp = 25g
cream - 1/2pint = 300ml
dried fruit - 1 cup = 150-175g
flour - 1 cup = 125g
gelatine - 4tbsp = 25g
golden syrup - 1tbsp = 25g
milk - 1cup = 250ml
nuts - 1cup = 125-150g
oil - 1 tbsp = 15ml
rice/sago - 2tbsp = 25g or 1 cup = 200g
salt - 2tbsp = 25g
sour cream - 1cup = 250g
sugar, white - 2tbsp = 30g or 1cup = 250g
sugar, brown - 1 cup firmly packed = 200g or loosely packed - 1 cup = 125-150g
icing sugar - 1 cup = 150g
standard no. 6 egg = 50g
