The Mr is trying to explain to me what he is trying to do with a digital signal processor and wow did it all fly over my head.....then he throws me a book and says have a read....freak.

Now he is talking about maths I think.....writing code and other stuff.  He lost me at .... I am doing this....

He even tried to do the show and tell and I am looking at some wee thing with all kinds of bits and bobs on it.

Who is this person?

What just happened?

Will I be ok and come out of this ok?

What the hell is he talking about?

Ok typing whatever he is saying...I could have this wrong

Chip is fairly old fixed point dsp chip.  A tms 320 c5x which may or may not be in production anymore.

Holy hell, I don't even know if that is software, hardware etc....he will laugh if I show his this thread.

Ohh and a book on small micro-controllers, some other box he just dug out.

I am soooo getting him back tomorrow, I am dragging out all my clothes, shoes and handbags I don't need and he will get a full brief.

Part of the first link seems familar to what he was talking about but I sort of get bogged down by snot watching the sad part of Armageddon so I tuned out his voice.  I am quite awful hehe.
