I just did about 3kg of them into pasta sauce.

Tomato relish recipes x 2, I added more curry powder, less chillies, a little more vinegar, I like it to be a little tangy, tastes delish anyway.

brown sugar and raw sugar rather than white sugar.

I worked off the 2 recipes and just adapted to what I thought I'd like best. I smashed it out.  :hehehe:

Cheers, I got 13 big jars out of two buckets of tomatoes. My sister in law has made manara sauce Giada De Laurentiis recipe and her version of relish with the other two buckets, so we'll be having some swaps :) I'm thinking  her relish is going to be a lot hotter than mine she was quite free and easy with the chillies lol.

I bet your place smelt divine with that stuff bubbling away ...mmmmmm thinking of all the goodies to have with it.
