Title: The No Smacking Law
Post by: Lux on Wed 25 May, 2016 - 10:22 am
I thought the intention of this law was to ensure murderers can't get away with murder of children? Been thinking about it, looked over some of the older cases of child death by murdering aholes, before the law they could use the defense of manslaughter due to accidental death by beating. But how can the pigs who killed Moko get manslaughter? How?

they haven't been sentenced yet so here's hoping they do get life. They should still have been charged with murder though.
