I like cabbage red pepper red onion some cauli florets and some mushrooms.
I do the meat first and take out do the onios etc and put meat back in then i add a mixture i make in a shaker of water some soy sauce a teaspoon of cornflour and a half tspoon of chicken stock and it cooks up to a runnish juice in no time...just like a chowmein from the chippy only done with way less oil

Its not hard to eat better, its way easier if you change in small steps, so as to not feel deprived. But i have learned to make some nice food that is good and healthy. I like tuna and salad and so have that a bit. and sushi. I found that after i went to weight watchers a few years ago and lost 20 kg that when things go wrong and your already doing things like grilling food and having trim milk, its very much harder to get things moving weight wise again...

yep, but don't be tempted to cook them for ages, stir fry is nice with a lil bit of crunch in the vedges, but it's up to you realy.

just aside here...soya sauce has gluten in it.. use tamari instead.

as for sushi...
get one of these  http://www.sushezi.com/

makes it so easy, and if you don't like the seaweed wraper, get mamanori or use rice paper
