Malt Biscuit Fudge

2 pk malt biscuits (griffens are best)
175 g butter
1/2 tin condensed milk
5 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp golden syrup

Crush biscuits to very fine, put aside. Put all other ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes then take off the heat and add biscuit crumbs. Mix well then tip into a sponge roll tin, smooth out with the back of a spoon. Leave to cool anf then ice with choc icing.

It is very sweet so cut into small fingers - makes about 24-30.
