200g choc chippie cookies
75g butter, melted
150g dark choc (break into squares)
1Tbsp cream
Quarter cup kahlua
150g white choc (break into squares)
Quarter cup cream
500g creme fraiche
3Tbsp brown sugar

1) Crush choc chippie biscuits until fine, add butter & make into damp crumbs. Press into the base of a lined, shallow-sided 22cm cake tin, refrigerate.
2) Put dark choc, 1 tbsp cream & kahlua into bowl & slowly melt in microwave...DON"T BOIL!! stir until creamy
3) In a seperate bowl melt white choc, quarter cup cream as above.
4) Beat together creme fraiche & brown sugar & divide in half. Stir the dark choc into one portion of creme fraice & the white choc into the other.
5) Glently swirl the two mixtures together & pour onto chilled base, refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Now don't be like me the first time I made it & I bought low fat creme fraiche, why??, god knows!!! With all that cream & choc etc anyway what good would low fat do, go for the full strength ladies...yummmmmm

So easy to make, never fails & is divine!!!!!!!!!!!!!
