Judge Tony Adeane needs to look up the law....................


Fishing in a marine reserve is an offence, regardless of what you are hoping to catch.

This is pitiful. A thousand people freezing their butts off waiting to worship a rat. What a hype.

That's true,

Although some of the offshore reserves like the white island one (Volkner rocks) are not necessarily clearly enough defined.

And he is right, the pelagics are not resident in the reserve but thats no excuse.

But yes, there is definately no excuse for knowingly fishing inside a marine reserve.
