got a job to hook up a freeview decoder (customer supplied) to an existing sky dish, and do you think i can get the bastard to work............hell no, new cable and connections and still zero signal!

well i have a pusey little sig meter that plugs inline with the lnb and its powering up so i gues it is drawing current, i have a spare lnb i could try but i dont wana be making trips back and forward all the time. maybe the dish has moved but it seemed really solid when i first went for a look

can't find the good promax meter, just got the old sadelta.
i think i lent the other to someone... but don't know who  eek

this guy has a pretty good looking meter for sale, the first strike, about the same price as what a
second hand analogue unit is going for.
getting some prices from hooktech as well thid week sometime.
