Very over priced food. Some of it was okay and some of it tasted like it was out of a can, but the service was the real problem. They don't check in with you to see if the meal is okay, if you question anything they get argumentative. The manager swore at us and told us to F off (but not after demanding payment), pushed me and was incredibly rude.

Since found all these reviews and it's clear a lot of other people have had bad experiences too

Several people mention rude, aggressive and abusive staff, and the indifferent food.

I've heard they use students as staff so that might explain why some days it's better than others but when you're charging $37 for mains and $15 for dessert you expect amazing food and service. This doesn't deliver...

I seriously thought about going to the police to lay charges after she shoved me, but who can be bothered? It's tempting now that I know she swears at other customers. She's a time bomb. Also, she took my name off my credit card and said she was going to do something. I don't know what but I don't like people threatening to f*** with me.
