With energy prices going up due to ETS effective in July is there interest in moving away from fluorescent to more energy efficient LED lighting?

don't know if there is generally.
so far it seems to LED is used for stair lighting and similar applications
not for area lighting.

Really good in applications like Boats and Motorhomes because of their efficiency, but the cost is quite high.
